Ordering

Minimum order: Because of the amount of time and work required to process each order, we have a minimum ordering requirement of $10.00.

Payment options: 1) Credit card: Visa / MasterCard, 2) Money order: available from any convenience store or Post Office. 3) Personal check. If you select this payment option, it will delay the shipment of your order by two weeks, to give enough time for the check to clear. If you choose to place an order by phone, please call (401) 823-7952 Monday through Friday from 6:30pm to 9:00pm. Phone calls are for orders only, please send e-mail to circuitrix@cs.com if you need help on a kit. Please do not send cash.

Returns: Every effort has been made to give complete descriptions of all products offered. In the event that you receive something that does not meet your expectations however, you may return it within 7 days for a complete refund, minus all shipping charges. Call first to get an RA number that you’ll put on the outside of the box that you return the parts in. If you’ve paid with a credit card, then the refund will appear as a credit on your monthly statement.

 If you receive an item that is defective, you may exchange it or return it for a refund, minus all shipping charges. Follow the procedure above to get an RA number and your money will be refunded less all shipping costs. Once again, payments made with a credit card will be refunded via a credit on your monthly statement.

 All returned parts must be in new condition and will not be accepted for return if they have been installed in a circuit unless they are defective. Any item that has been misused or installed improperly will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Kit returns: All Circuitrix kits are written in such a way that anyone with reasonable ability and common sense should be able to follow the directions and successfully complete the modification. If however you’ve purchased a kit with parts and you’re having second thoughts about actually going through with it, you may return the parts only for a complete refund, providing of course that they are in new condition and have not been installed in the circuit. For obvious reasons, there are no refunds on the written information.

Model 1 Distortion and Little Big Box returns/shipping: These  little boxes are big sellers and are very popular with many players. That being said, ya' can't please everybody and the only way to know whether or not it will work for you is to buy one and try it out. If it's not what you're looking for, feel free to return it for a complete refund minus all shipping charges. It must come back in new condition so that it may be re-sold, so be careful about what you do with it. Return policy is the same as that listed above for parts and it carries the same 7-day return time. Shipping for each of the pedals is $6.95.

Shipping: All orders will be shipped by Priority Mail via the US Post Office. When compared to other methods it is by far the fastest and most economical way to get your order to you. Delivery to most places is from 2-3 days and rates are as follows: Up to 2 lbs. = $5.95, 3 lbs. = $7.95, 4 lbs. = $8.95, 5 lbs. = $9.95. The weight of your package is determined by adding together the weight of the parts ordered, the packaging material and the shipping container. At this time we are doing business with customers in the USA only.
